Pichaikkaran 2: Anti Bikili is an upcoming action thriller co-written, edited, directed, produced, music-composed and lead by Vijay Antony. The movie marks Vijay Antony's directorial debut and is all set to release in Tamil, Telugu (as Bichagadu 2) on May 19, 2023. Pichaikkaran 2 is a spiritual sequel to Vijay Antony starrer 2016 hit Pichaikkaran. 

However while the prequel is a family drama high on mother-son sentiment, the sequel i.e. Pichaikkaran 2 is much more of a 'common cause mass actioner'. Vijay Gurumoorthy (Vijay Antony) is the 7th richest man in India and this business tycoon is assasinated by a goon named Satya. However a rare surgical procedure is performed, and Vijay Gurumoorthy ends up with the brain of a street-beggar transplanted into him.

There is also a brother-sister relationship at the core of Pichaikkaran 2's story. Also starring Kavya Thapar, Radha Ravi, YG Mahendran, Mansoor Ali Khan, Yogi Babu, Harish Peradi, John Vijay, Dev Gill among others, Pichaikkaran 2 has been censored U/A and comes with a runtime of 144 minutes i.e. 2 hours 24 minutes.

Prime Media is releasing the film in USA, and the film's satellite and digital rights are with Star Vijay and Disney Plus Hotstar OTT platform respectively.
