Gautham Menon on Simbu's film
Gautham Menon through a press release has confirmed that he is doing a film with Simbu in the lead and the project has already kick-started in Chennai. Gautham Simbu combo are teaming up for the second time after Vinnai Thandi Varuvaya (VTV). The director who is producing the film through his home banner Photon Kathas has confirmed that the film is not a sequel to VTV. The details regarding the cast and crew is expected to be announced soon.

Udhayanidhi starts dubbing for IKK
Idhu Kathirvelan Kadhal (IKK) starring Udayanidhi Stalin and Nayantara is directed by S.R. Prabakaran of Sundarapandian fame. The film shooting is almost complete except for two songs. Udayanidhi has started dubbing for his portions and has completed the dubbing for the first half of the film. The audio will be launched by the end of November. Udayanidhi Stalin who is producing the film is planning to release the film during Christmas holidays. Music by Harris Jayaraj.
Ganesh Venkatraman in Polladhavan remake
Ganesh Venkatraman of 'Unnai Pol Oruvan' and 'TVSK' fame is all set to make his Bollywood debut in the Hindi remake of Dhanush's 'Polladhavan'. The film has been titled as "Guns Of Benares" in Hindi. Ganesh will play the antagonist in the film played by Daniel Balaji in the original while Karan Nath will play Dhanush's role.
The film is directed by Shekhar Suri. Nathalia Kaur is playing the female lead while Vinod Khanna, Abhimanyu Singh and Shilpa Shirodkar are playing important roles. Meanwhile in Tamil Ganesh is awaiting the release of "Ivan Vera Mathiri" and is also shooting for "Accharam" where he plays the lead.
Vijay impressed with Hrithik Roshan
Hrithik Roshan's "Krrish 3" is doing extremely well at the Box Office and the film has already crossed the 200 crore mark. Actor Hrithik Roshan and his father Rakesh Roshan who directed Krissh 3 were in Chennai on November 11 to promote the film and also thank the audience for the good response for the film in the city.
Vijay who had watched Krrish 3 at a private screening with his family had wanted to personally meet Hrithik and express his appreciation. The actor was supposed to meet Hrithik on Nov 11, but couldn't make it as he was busy shooting for Jilla. He had however sent a message to his spokesperson that he had enjoyed watching Krrish 3 and was in awe of Hrithik's performance in the film.

RoboCop is an upcoming 2014 American science fiction action film directed by José Padilha. It is a remake of the 1987 film of the same name and a reboot of the RoboCop film series, making it the fourth installment of the franchise. The film stars Joel Kinnaman in the title role. It is set to hit the screens on February 12, 2014.

Ram Leela is an upcoming Hindi romantic-drama film directed and produced by Sanjay Leela Bhansali. It stars Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone in the lead roles. The film is said to be an adaptation of Shakespeare's epic love story Romeo and Juliet, set in violent times. The film will be released on 15th November, 2013.
