Legendary singer croons for Velai Illa Pattathari

Dhanush and Amala Paul are playing the lead roles in Cinematographer Velraj's debut directorial venture titled 'Velai Illa Pattathari' (VIP). The film shooting is progressing at a brisk pace.

Anirudh is scoring the music. The album will have five tracks and few special themes. Legendary singer S. Janaki had crooned a song for VIP along with Dhanush. The Mariyaan actor had tweeted, "Velai Illa Pattadhaari team is honoured with the return of the legend S. Janaki Amma. I'm blessed and lucky to have sung along with her." The veteran singer is back to singing after almost a decade.

The movie is produced by Dhanush's 'Wunderbar Films'. VIP marks Dhanush's 25th film.
