Recently director Gautham Vasudev Menon dropped his first hint in years about his long pending movie Dhruva Natchathiram, which stars actor Vikram in the lead. The movie which has been in the making since 2016 was last taken over by Vels Film International, who were hopeful of releasing Dhruva Natchathiram in 2022. Latest we hear, Udhayanidhi Stalin's Red Giant Movies is on board and they have been instrumental in reviving the project. 

While official announcements on Dhruva Natchathiram await, Gautham Menon's caption, "The stars will align" has given hope to fans and Tamil movie buffs. Dhruva Natchathiram is touted to be a spy thriller that also stars Ritu Varma, Aishwarya Rajesh, Parthiepan, Simran, Radhikaa Sarathkumar among others and has Harris Jayaraj for music.

As reported previously, the new set of pictures also indicate that Vikram was in the dubbing studio completing his portions in the movie.
