The first look of actor Dhanush's upcoming movie Vaathi (titled Sir in Telugu) has been released. Dhanush plays a teacher in the movie, which revolves around the education system and is directed by Venky Atluri. Teaser of Vaathi/Sir will be unveiled tomorrow at 6 PM marking Dhanush's 39th birthday. 

Vaathi also stars Samyuktha Menon, Samuthirakani, P. Sai Kumar, Tanikella Bharani, Thotapalli Madhu, Narra Srinivas, Pammi Sai, Hyper Aadhi, Shara, Aadukalam Naren, Ilavarasu, Motta Rajendran, Hareesh Peradi and Praveena among others and is produced by Sithara Entertainments, Srikara Studios and Fortune Four Cinemas.

The technical crew of this film includes National award winning composer GV Prakash for music, Yuvaraj for cinematography, Venkat for stunts, Avinash Kolla for art and Navin Nooli for edits.
