Premam director Alphonse Puthren is back after 7 years with a movie titled Gold and the first teaser of the film was unveiled recently. The video starring Prithviraj Sukumaran, Nayanthara among others has set the internet ablaze since its release and managed to garner 5. 7 million views within the first 24 hours of its unveiling.

Gold is a home production of Prithviraj along with Magic Frames and besides direction, Alphonse Puthren has also taken care of writing, editing, stunts, VFX and animation in the movie. The film has Rajesh Murugesan for music and Anend C Chandran, Viswajith Odukkathil for cinematography.
