Shruthi Haasan to pair with Arya?
Arya is a happy man following the success of his recent film Raja Rani. Arya will be teaming up with Thadaiyara Thaakka director Magizh Thirumeni for a new project. The film touted to be an action thriller will be produced by Nemichand Jabak. Shruthi Haasan has been approached for the female lead and is likely to sign on the dotted line. However an official confirmation is awaited. The film will go on floors in November.
Arya's upcoming projects include Arrambam, Irandam Ulagam and Purampokku.

Sarathkumar in Kamal's film?
Kamal Haasan after wrapping his magnum opus Vishwaroopam 2 will be doing a film for Lingusamy. Kamal will play the lead role and is likely to direct the film as well. Uthama Villain is said to be an exciting comedy thriller with story and screenplay by Crazy Mohan. Yuvan will be scoring the music. The latest we hear is that Sarathkumar has been roped in for a pivotal role. Interestingly Sarathkumar will also be seen in Rajnikanth's Kochadaiiyaan.
Lingusamy to release Goli Soda
Goli Soda is written and directed by cinematorgrapher turned director Vijay Milton. The film stars 'Pasanga' fame Kishore, Pandi, Sree Raam, Murugesh in lead roles. Music by Arunagiri. Lingusamy's 'Thirrupathi Brothers' has acquried the distribution rights of the film. The film is set to hit the screens soon.
Lawrence injured; Muni 3 shooting stopped
Muni 3 is the third installment of Raghava Lawrence's horror series Muni. Lawrence and Taapsee Pannu play the lead roles. Music by Thaman. The shooting is currently in progress. Lawrence who was rehearsing for a song in Muni 3 has hurt his neck and wrists. The actor lost his balance while practising a heavy dance movement. He has been advised complete rest for three months by his doctors. The shooting of Muni 2 has been put on hold temporarily and would resume after the actor recovers completely.
