Director Vasanta Balan's upcoming movie Jail starring GV Prakash in the lead has been in production for quite some time but is finally gearing up for release now. The movie which has had three song releases titled Kathodu Kaathaanen, Pathu Kaasu and Nagarodi recently completed its censor formalities. It was officially announced today that the CBFC has certified Jail with an U/A.

Produced by Krikes Cine Creations, Jail also stars Abarnathi,Radikaa Sarathkumar, Pasanga Pandi, Nadan Ram, Ravi Maria, Robo Shankar, and Yogi Babu among others. The movie has GV Prakash for music.
