Pushpa: The Rise is part 1 of a two-installment Allu Arjun movie, which is gearing up to release in theaters on December 17, 2021 (Friday). The movie directed by Sukumar and produced by Mythri Movie Makers had a new character poster release today. Anasuya Bharadwaj was unveiled as Dakshayani in her 'proud and arrogant' glory.

This poster comes only days after comedian Sunil’s baddie look from the pan-India flick. The actor plays Mangalam Srinu, the antagonist in Pushpa. 

Pushpa part 1 has Rashmika Mandanna playing female lead and will be releasing in Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam and Kannada. The Hindi version of the film has reported been postponed and it remains unknown if the version will come out at all.
