Kurup is an upcoming Malayalam movie starring Dulquer Salmaan and Sobhita Dhulipala in the lead and it is all set to release in theatres on November 12, 2021 (Friday). The movie had its first single release titled Pakaliravukal and the video song from the film has amassed more than 1 million views in less than 24 hours. 

Pakaliravukal composed by Sushin Shyam has lyrics by Anwar Ali and is crooned by Neha Nair. Saregama Malayalam holds the audio rights to the film's album.

Kurup is based on the real life story of one of India’s most wanted criminals, Sukumara Kurup. The Srinath Rajendran directorial will be released in five languages – Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu, Hindi and Kannada.  The film is produced by Dulquer Salmaan’s home banner, Wayfarer films, and co-produced by M-star.
