Vadivelu's comeback movie with Lyca Productions which tentatively goes by Production No: 23 has a new cast addition. Actress Priya Bhavani Shankar has been roped in for the film but she is not paired opposite Vadivelu. Interestingly this is the actress' second movie with Lyca after Indian 2. 

Production No: 23 is a spin-off of a character Vadivelu portrayed in the 2006 movie Thalai Nagaram, directed by Suraj. He is helming this new movie too and Santhosh Narayanan is composing music.
