Director Shankar's upcoming Telugu film with Ram Charan, which is tentatively referred to as RC 15 has gotten another cast addition. Reportedly, Kannada actor Kichcha Sudeep has been approached for an important role in the biggie and the the story has been narrated to the actor.

Sudeep however is yet to take a call on the role. RC 15 has Ram Charan playing an IAS officer role and the movie's story is similar to that of Mudhalvan where the protagonist becomes part of the system to change it.

Tamil lyricist Vivek is screen-writing for RC 15 whereas Kiara Advani plays female lead. The movie is bankrolled by Dil Raju and it will be his 50th film as producer.
