Actor Vishal has announced details of his 31st film officially and the movie which is tentatively referred to as Vishal 31 teams up the actor with composer Yuvan Shankar Raja once again. Short film director Saravanan is making his feature debut with this one, which has been announced as an August, 2021 theatrical release.

Vishal 31 is said to be film about a middle-class man who questions authority that abuses power. Shooting is expected to begin this month. Balasubramaniem is handling cinematography for this one.
