As reported by MovieCrow first, it was recently confirmed that Dhanush's upcoming movie Karnan will have a teaser release on March 23, 2021 i.e. Tuesday. Now the makers have announced that Karnan teaser will be unveiled at 7:01 PM.

Directed by Mari Selvaraj, Karnan is scheduled for a release in theaters on April 9, 2021. The movie is set in Tirunelveli district and will showcase Dhanush as one who fights for people from his suppressed background.

Karnan also stars Lal Paul, Rajisha Vijayan, Yogi Babu, Gouri G Kishan and Lakshmi Priyaa Chandramouli with Santhosh Narayanan for music.
