Director Shankar's next after Indian 2 is RC 15 (tentative title), a big budget film he has signed with Telugu actor Ram Charan. While the movie was initially speculated to be a PAN Indian historical drama, latest reports suggest otherwise. 

There are reports of RC 15 being a PAN Asian film and South Korean celebrity Bae Suzy known for her works in music, TV and films, is said to be in talks for playing female lead. Previously Bae Suzy was linked to Shankar's Indian 2 but it didn't seem like the casting materialized. 

Indian 2 composer Anirudh was another name associated with RC 15 but there have been no official confirmations from the movie's producers Sri Venkateshwara Cine Creations.
