Maanaadu, director Venkat Prabhu's upcoming political thriller with Silambarasan TR is gearing up for a motion poster release and the same will be unveiled on January 14, 2021 at 4:05 PM. Previously, two posters from the movie had revealed Simbu in two different looks, both garnering a lot of attention.

Maanaadu is produced by Suresh Kamatchi and has Yuvan Shankar Raja for music. Kalayani Priyadarshan plays female lead in the movie and Simbu will be seen playing a character named Abdul Khaaliq.
