In a record breaking number for TV and digital viewers, IPL 2020's opening match registered a whopping 200 million BARC impression on Star Sports TV channel and Disney Plus Hotstar streaming medium. And according to BCCI secretary Jay Shah, this is the Highest ever opening day viewership for any sporting league in any country.
