Joining the list of celebrities who have made generous donations for Coronavirus COVID-19 relief, actor Vijay has given out Rs. 1.3 Cr. His monetary aid covers relief not only in Tamil Nadu but also in the neighbouring Southern states of Kerala, Andhra Pradesh and Telengana and Karnataka.

Additionally, the Thalapathy actor has donated Rs. 25 lakh towards the PM Cares Fund of India and has also set aside an amount which will be used by his fan-club for extensive relief work in this pandemic.
