Jana Gana Mana starring Jayam Ravi and Taapsee Pannu in the lead roles is directed by Ahmed of 'Endrendrum Punnagai' fame. Arjun Sarja, Rahman, Dayana Erappa of 'Chekka Chivantha Vaanam' fame, MS Bhaskar, Ram of 'KGF' fame play key roles in the film. It also stars 'Sacred Games' fame Elnaaz Norouzi. The film touted to be a spy thriller has music by Yuvan Shankar Raja and is being made on a big budget.  

The film shooting is progressing at a brisk pace and the second schedule of the film has been wrapped. Portions involving Arjun were shot in this schedule. Director Ahmed took to his Twitter page to announce the schedule wrap.

The actor who recently wrapped the first schedule of Mani Ratnam's magum opus period drama 'Ponniyin Selvan' is expected to join Ahmed's team for the next schedule in the first week of February.
