The Audio & Trailer launch of Samudrakani's Poraali will happen today at Chennai. It is a sort of dual protagonist subject which has Sasikumar & Popular Telugu comic actor Allari Naresh in the lead. Subramaniapuram Swathi Reddy makes a comeback to Tamil industry after 3 years with this film where she will be pairing opposite Sasikumar. The other female lead is Vasundra who has already done films Peraanmai, Vataaram, Thenmerku Paruvakaatru will pair opposite Naresh.

The music is composed by Sundar C Babu who has earlier delivered chart-busters like Chithiram Pesuthadi , Anjathey & Naadodigal in the past. This film is Written & Directed by Samudrakani and Produced by Sasikumar for his Company Productions banner. This film is slated to release on 25th of November along side with STR's Osthe. Sasikumar has made sure that his film will not have a Theatrical release in Sri Lanka for various reasons.
