The official first look poster of Queen featuring Ramya Krishnan as J. Jayalalithaa from her upcoming biopic web series on former chief minister of TamilNadu has been released. The web series is being directed by Gautham Menon and Prasath Murugesan. The first teaser of Queen was unveiled last weekend and the trailer is set to be launched tomorrow.

Queen will showcase the life of Jayalalithaa in three segments. It will focus on her life as a school-going girl, actor, and the phase when she joined politics, taking over MG Ramachandran’s place after his death. Queen will be streamed on MXPlayer, The first season of this 30-episode series is expected to air 11 episodes and stream in Tamil, Telugu and Hindi.  However the exact release date hasn’t been announced yet.
