'Pannaiyarum Padminiyum' on wrap-up mode

'Pannaiyarum Padminiyum' on wrap-up mode

Pannaiyarum Padminiyum starring Vijay Sethupathi, Jayaprakash and Aishwariya is directed by Arun Kumar of 'Nalaiya Iyakkunar' fame. The film shooting is in its final stages. The last schedule of the film is being shot in Azhagarkoil near Madurai. Some talkie portions and songs are to be shot in this schedule with which the film will be wrapped.

The movie is touted to revolve around a father's love for his vintage Premier Padmini car. Sneha is playing the role of Jayaprakash's (Pannaiyar) daughter in the film. Music by Justin Prabhakaran.

Nathan Jones to start shooting for Boologam

Boologam starring Jayam Ravi and Trisha is directed by Kalayana Krishna. This film is based on the story of boxer who lives in North Chennai. Jayam Ravi  is donning the role of a boxer  in this film. 

The makers have roped in wrestler/Hollywood actor of 'Troy' fame, Nathan Jones , for a fight sequence. The latest we hear is that Nathan Jones will be reaching Chennai on July 6 to start shooting for Boologam. A Boxing match between Jayam Ravi and Nathan Jones will be shot on an expensive set. The fight sequence will be choreographed by Hollywood stunt master Larnell Stovall.

Simbu shoots despite fever

Simbu has started shooting for 'Vaalu' in Hyderabad. A major action sequence is being canned and the actor has been shooting continuously despite cold and fever. Simbu had tweeted, "Due to change of weather suffering from cold for past 2 days and Mr. Fever joins him today and the worst part is shooting action scene." Vaalu is directed by Vijay Chander. Music by Thaman.

Escape Plan Trailer 1

Escape Plan is an upcoming action thriller film starring Sylvester Stallone, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Jim Caviezel and Vinnie Jones directed by Swedish filmmaker Mikael Håfström. The film will follow Stallone's character Ray Breslin, a structural engineer who is wrongly convicted of a crime, and is incarcerated in a prison of his own design, aided in his escape by his cellmate Rottmayer (Schwarzenegger).
