Is Trisha doing Gautham Menon's film?
Gautham Menon is all set to direct 'Dhruva Natchathiram' with Surya in the lead. There has been a lot of speculations regarding the leading lady of the film. Trisha and Amala Paul are reportedly in the race to bag the role of the heroine.
Trisha has now clarified in her microblog that she hasn't signed any new movies. She had tweeted, "Since I've been repeatedly asked about the new films I've signed, just want to clarify and say I haven't signed anything new in tamil or telugu as of now. Busy with my current films at the moment and when I do sign another film you'll hear it from me first." We need to wait to wait for an official announcement to know if Amala Paul is the lucky one.

Muni 2 Hindi remake rights sold
Kanchana (Muni 2) directed by Raghava Lawrence was a commercial success in Tamil as well as in Telugu. Producer and Director Sanjay Leela Bhansali is said to have acquired the Hindi remake rights of the film. Lawrence would be directing the Hindi version as well. Muni 2 was a sequel to his previous venture 'Muni' which was released in 2007. Lawrence is currently shooting for the third installment of Muni series (Muni 3). Taapsee plays the female lead.
Amala Paul dubs for Thalaivaa
Amala Paul has dubbed in Tamil for the first time, for Vijay's 'Thalaivaa'. The movie is directed by AL Vijay and music is by GV Prakash Kumar. The audio and trailer of the film is set to be launched tomorrow (June 21). The film is produced by Chandraprakash Jain.
Vanakkam Chennai next schedule begins
The next schedule of Vanakkam Chennai directed by Kiruthiga Udayanidhi has started. The team will be shooting two songs in this schedule. Shiva and Priya Anand play the lead roles. Priya Anand had earlier tweeted, "I Am So Looking Forward To Starting Work On Vanakkam Chennai's Next Schedule! Starting with My fav song 'Oh Penne Penne!' and 'Engadi'" Music by Anirudh.
Alia Bhatt in Dhanush-KV Anand film?
Dhanush is set to team up with director KV Anand next for a new project. The latest we hear is that Alia Bhatt who made her debut in Karan Johar's 'Student Of The Year' has been roped in as the female lead. However there is no official confirmation on the same. The film will start rolling in August. The rest of the cast and crew are being finalised. The film is to be produced by AGS Entertainments.
Bhaag Milkha Bhaag Official Trailer
Bhaag Milkha Bhaag is an upcoming Indian biographical, sports film based on the life of former Indian athlete Milkha Singh. The film is being produced and directed by Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra. The script is written by Prasoon Joshi. The film stars Farhan Akhtar and Sonam Kapoor in the lead roles.
Kaatru Veesum - Deleted Song from Neram
Neram starring Nivin Pauly and Nazriya Nazim directed by Alphonse Putharen hit the screens on May 17. Checkout 'Kaatru Veesum' song which was removed from the film!
