The shooting of Mohanlal's upcoming film Ittimani: Made in China is progressing at a brisk pace. The team is currently shooting the final schedule in China. Mohanlal shared a new still from the film on social media, in which he 's seen sporting a Chinese get-up. The film is set to hit the screens for Onam.

The comic caper is directed by debut directors Jibi and Joju. Mohanlal is playing a Thrissur native in the film. The film is bankrolled by Anthony Perumbavoor under his banner Aashirvad Cinemas. Honey Rose is playing the female lead. Radikaa Sarath Kumar, Siddique, Vinu Mohan, Aju Varghese, Kailas, Aju Varghese, Johny Antony, Hareesh Kanaran, Salim Kumar, Sijoy Varghese, Nandu and Swasika are also part of the supporting cast.

Mohanlal's upcoming films include Big Brother, KV Anand's Kaappaan (Tamil), Marakkar: Arabikadalinte Simham and Empuraan.
