Director Ratnakumar who made his directorial debut with Meyaadha Maan is back with a film titled Aadai with actress Amala Paul playing the lead and a teaser has been released recently, which was appreciated by critics for its boldness. The latest update about the film is that the makers have decided to release the film on July 19.

The movie is said to feature Amala Paul as a girl who has crossed her teenage years and wants to be bold and different. It is also said to revolve around exploring freedom within limits. Aadai has music by Pradeep Kumar and the ‘Oorka’ band.
