When will Irandam Ulagam Music Release happen?

It is usual in the industry for producers and directors to wait for the fully recorded final copy of the songs (DAT) from Harris Jayaraj. In the case of Irandam Ulagam, the story is just the opposite. Harris Jayaraj delivered the final copy of all songs back in February to Selvaraghavan and producers (PVP). However, the movie is still in early stages of post production phase with pending CG work. It is still expected to take 3 more months to complete all the CG work. So, Selvaraghavan has kept the Irandam Ulagam songs locked until he finishes the CG work to avoid songs becoming outdated by the time the movie releases.

Why Selva delaying Irandam Ulagam music release is not good for Music Industry?

Harris Jayaraj likes to give adequate space between his music releases so he could maximize the reach. The music release companies are getting concerned that Irandam Ulagam, Endrendrum Punnagai, Yaan, Idhu Kathirvelanin Kadhai will all release in quick successions during the 3rd quarter of 2013 causing back-to-back clashes affecting their audio and ring-tone sales.
