The shooting of Viswaroopam 2 kickstarted recently in Thailand. The team has been shooting some important action sequences featuring Kamal Haasan and Andrea. The latest we hear is both the leading ladies Pooja Kumar and Andrea would be seen doing some daredevil stunts in the film. Pooja Kumar is said to have performed some underwater stunts.

Andrea has a substantial role to play in the sequel compared to her role in the original. Vishwroopam 2 promises to have more action and drama. The team after shooting in Bangkok will be heading to New Delhi for the final schedule. Film is directed by Kamal Haasan and music by Shankar-Ehsaan-Loy.

Fake Tweet upsets VTV Ganesh

A fake tweet on Superstar being hospitalized following a heart attack created a stir among his fans yesterday. The tweet was posted by someone operating a fake Twitter account of VTV Ganesh. It caused a lot of anxiety and anger among the fans.

VTV Ganesh who was totally upset over the news has clarified that he does not hold any account on Twitter and the tweet was posted by some miscreant. He has also lodged a complaint with the Cyber Crime cell. He thanked the press for verifying the facts with him and his PR Agency on this issue. VTV Ganesh has left to Malaysia with Jai for the shoot of Saraswathi Sabatham.

Dhanush's second production venture kickstarts

Dhanush maiden production venture 'Ethir Neechal' turned out to be a big success. The actor's next production venture titled 'Kaakka Muttai' started rolling today. Dhanush had tweeted, "Wunderbar films second venture in association with Vetrimaaran's Grass Root film company "Kaakkaa Muttai" shoot starts today." The story of the film revolves around children. Kakka Muttai will be directed by Manikandan and music by G.V. Prakash.

Madhan Karky denies working with Ilayaraja

Isaignani Ilayaraja and Vairamuthu had parted ways due to creative differences and have not worked together for more than a decade now. News doing the rounds in K-Town that Vairamuthu's son Madhan Karky will be working with Ilayaraja for Mysskin's upcoming film Onaiyum Aatukuttiyum. Madhan Karky had denied the news as rumour in his microblog. He had tweeted, "The news on me working with Raja sir in Mysskin's project is not true to best of my knowledge. I'd be very happy if it happens." 

Kaaviya Thalaivan Techncial crew announced

Vasanthabalan is all set to direct his next film 'Kaaviya Thalaivan'. The film is produced by Sashikanth of Y Not Studios. Sashikanth has revealed the details of the technical crew in his microblog. The principal crew includes Vasanathabalan - Director, AR Rahman- Music Director, Nirav Shah - DOP, Praveen & Srikanth - Editor and Nagu- Art Director.

Siddharth was reported to play the lead role and Anaika Soti to play the female lead. The producer is yet to officially announce the details of the cast. Kaaviya Thalaivan is a period film which is based upon the real life love story of KB Sundrambal and Kittappa. The pre-production work of the film is currently in progress.

Yaarukkum Thozhan Illai song from Thanga Meengal
