Third schedule of Yaan begins
The third schedule of Jiiva's 'Yaan', directed by debutante Ravi K Chandran has started today in Mumbai. Thulasi Nair who plays the female lead had tweeted, "The third schedule of Yaan in Mumbai kicks off today. So excited to finally start shooting songs soon!" Music by Harris Jayaraj and editing is taken care by Sreekar Prasad. Film is produced by Elred Kumar.

Prabhu Solomon's next film on Tsunami?
Director Prabhu Solomon has started work on his next film after 'Kumki'. The latest we hear is that the Mynaa director has chosen Tsunami as the central theme for his film. Nani of 'Veppam' and 'Naan Ee' fame has been roped in to play the lead. The film will be a bilingual made in Tamil and Telugu. Music by Imman.
Gautham Karthik's third film starts rolling
Gautham has started shooting for his third film, which is a remake of Telugu film 'Ala Modalaindi' from today. The excited actor had tweeted, “First schedule of 'Ala Mudalaindi' remake started today! Excited!” Gautham will be pairing opposite Rakul Preeth Singh of ‘Puthagam’ fame. The film is to be produced by Ravi Prasad Productions and directed by Ravi Thyagarajan. Music by Imman.
Gautham Karthik recently wrapped the first schedule of Sippai directed by Saravanan of ‘Silambattam’ fame.
Lakshmi Menon opposite Siddharth
Karthik Subbaraj who has earned critical applause for his movie 'Pizza' is all set to begin work on his next. While Siddharth will play the lead role, Lakshmi Menon of 'Kumki' fame will play the female lead. The film is likely to kickstart from mid-June.
Lakshmi Menon is eagerly awaiting the release of Kutti Puli which is set to hit the screens on May 30. Her upcoming films include Sippai (Gautham Karthik), Manja Pai (Vimal) and Pandianadu (Vishal).

Shruthi Haasan's 'D-Day' Official Trailer
