Odiyan: 1M+ Views for First Single, Director Injured & other updates on Mohanlal's film!

Actor Mohanlal's upcoming film Odiyan which is slated for a release on December 14, 2018, had its first single release recently. The lyric video of the Kondoram song has garnered 1 Million+ views on YouTube within 24 hours, thus becoming the the fastest lyrical video song in Malayalam to cross the mark.


This exciting news had hardly reached fans that a tragic development has hit them. Odiyan's director V.A. Shrikumar Menon was seriously injured after falling off from a moving escalator at the Mumbai airport. The director underwent an emergency surgery and is due for an implant surgery today. Menon is likely to be on bed rest for the next 2 weeks.

Produced by Aashirvad Cinemas in association with Maxlabs Cinemas and Entertainments, Odiyan will see Mohanlal play a shape-shifter through the ages of 30 to 65 and has Manju Warrier and Prakash Raj playing pivotal roles.
