Sippai goes on floors

'Sippai', starring Gautham Karthik and Lakshmi Menon goes on floors today. The movie is directed by Saravanan of 'Silambattam' fame. Music is by Yuvan Shankar Raja.

Director Saravanan had tweeted yesterday "Shooting kick starts tomorrow. Let us march with Sippai." Meanwhile, Gautham Karthik will also be acting in Aishwarya Dhanush's 'Vai Raja Vai'.

Gautham Menon heads to Mollywood?

Even as Gautham Menon is gearing up to direct 'Dhruva Natchathiram' with Suriya in the lead, sources reveal that he will be heading to Mollywood soon. He has reportedly narrated a story to Mammootty and he might also make a movie with Fazil’s son, Fahadh Faasil. Gautham Menon might take up these projects after completing Suriya's film in Tamil.

Vikram Prabhu's 'Sigaram Thodu', to be directed by Gaurav of 'Thoonga Nagaram' fame will start rolling from first week of May. UTV Dhananjayan had tweeted "UTV - Director Gaurav Narayanan's film with Vikram Prabhu 'Sigaram Thodu' shooting to commence in May 1st week. Hectic pre-production work is on!" Music is by Imman.
