NTR Biopic which has been titled Kathaynayakudu is one of the most awaited films in Tollywood. Rakul Preet is essaying the role of late legendary actress Sridevi in NTR biopic. The actress who is celebrating her 28th birthday today shared the first look poster of herself as Sridevi on her social media page. Veteran actor NTR and Sridevi have acted together in 14 films. Rakul’s role in the NTR biopic is a cameo with a song and a few scenes.
The film also stars Vidya Balan, who will be seen playing the role of NTR's wife Basavatarakam. Rana Daggubati is essaying the the role of Chandrababu Naidu, NTR's son-in-law. Sumanth is playing the role of Akkineni Nageswara Rao (ANR). Bengali actor Jisshu Sengupta and many prominent actors from Tollywood are expected to make a cameo appearance in the film. Directed by Krish, the film has music composed by MM Keeravani. The film is set to hit the screens on January 9, 2019.
