'Biriyani' Hyderabad schedule wrapped

'Biriyani' Hyderabad schedule wrapped

Biriyani team has wrapped the Hyderbad schedule which lasted for over two weeks. The team will be shooting at OMR, Chennai for the next schedule. The team is also planning to shoot two songs next month in Europe. The film shooting is likely to be wrapped in June. 

Karthi, Hansika and Premgi Amaran play the lead roles. The film is directed by Venkat Prabhu and music by Yuvan.

Thanga Meengal audio release date

'Thanga Meengal' is directed by Ram of 'Katradu Tamizh' fame. The audio of the film will be released on April 30. Yuvan has scored the music. The film is produced by Gautham Menon's Photon Kathas and will be released by JSK Film Corporation.

Aishwariya confirms 'Vai Raja Vai' hero 

Aishwariya Dhanush who made her directorial debut with '3' is all set to direct her next film titled 'Vai Raja Vai' to be produced by AGS Entertainment. She has confirmed in her microblog that 'Kadal' hero Gautham Karthik will be playing the lead. Music by Yuvan. 

Vijay Sethupathi and Krishna team up

Vijay Sethupathi and Krishna of 'Kazhugu' fame will be playing the lead roles in an untitled film to be produced by Nemchand Jhabak and Hitesh Jhabak who had produced films like Nan Avan Illai, Anjathae, and Poda Podi. The film is said to be an action entertainer which revolves around friendship. Newcomer Jai Krishna will wield the megaphone. The rest of the cast and crew are yet to be finalised. The film will start rolling in September and is expected to hit the screens in February 2014. 

Vijay Sethupathy turns producer

Vijay Sethupathi who is on a roll in Kollywood has donned a new avatar as producer. The actor has started his own production house ‘Vijaysethupathy Film Production’. Vijay Sethupathi has made a deal with JSK Film Corporation to produce the film titled Sangudevan under his home banner on a first copy basis. Vijay Sethupathi and Dhansika play the lead roles. The film will be directed by Sudhakar, a former assistant of director Hari. The film will start rolling soon.

Johnny Depp's 'The Lone Ranger' trailer

The Lone Ranger is an upcoming action film directed by Gore Verbinski and distributed by Walt Disney Pictures. The film is based on the American Old West character serials of the same name. The film stars Armie Hammer and Johnny Depp in the lead roles.
