Pizza director teams up with Siddharth

Pizza director teams up with Siddharth

Karthik Subbaraj took Kollywood by storm with his horror film Pizza, which had Vijay Sethupathi and Ramya Nambeesan playing the lead roles. The Pizza director is all set to begin work on his second film. Siddharth will play the lead role in this bilingual film to be made in Tamil and Telugu. The film will be produced by Kathiresan of Five Star Films. He had earlier produced Vetrimaran's 'Aadukalam'. The film will start rolling soon.

Pandiraj not teaming up with Simbu

There were eariler reports that director Pandiraj is likely to team up with Simbu for his next film. Pandiraj who is basking in the success of his recent film 'Kedi Billa Killadi Ranga' has denied doing a film with Simbu. The director has not even thought of his next project as of now.

Yuvan for Gautham Karthik

Director Saravanan of Silambattam fame has roped in Gautham Karthik and Lakshmi Menon to play the lead roles in his next film. The film is said to have been titled 'Sippai'. Yuvan Shankar Raja will be scoring the music. Saravanan had tweeted, "I'm a great fan of YUVAN, most excited, Assuring great songs. Shoot starts this month end." The film is produced by GVS Raju's 'SS Creations'.

Yuvan is also scoring the music for Aishwariya's second film 'Vai Raja Vai' starring Gautham Karthik in the lead role.

Srikanth's next Om Shanthi Om

Srikanth is playing the lead role in a comedy entertainer titled 'Om Shanthi Om'. The film is directed by debutant Surya Prabhakar, a former associate of M Rajesh. Tollywood actress Neelam has been roped in to play the female lead. The film is set in Trichy. Srikanth plays a character who has a tendency to help those in need and gets into problems because of this. 

'The Croods' Trailer

"The Croods", latest 3D adventure offering from Fox and DreamWorks, will hit Indian screens on April 19. The movie follows the world's first modern family through the journey of a lifetime. "The Croods" has characters voiced by the likes of Nicolas Cage (father 'Grug'),Emma Stone (daughter 'Eep') and Ryan Reynolds ('Guy').

'Sutta Kadhai' is an upcoming comic thriller, directed by Subu. Balaji, Venky, Lakshmi Priya, Nasser, Jayaprakash and Rinson play central characters. Music is by Madley Blues. Check out a new teaser from the film!
