J. Anbazhagan to release 'Yaaruda Mahesh'

J. Anbazhagan to release 'Yaaruda Mahesh'

J.Anbazhagan of Anbu Pictures who produced Ameer’s Aadhi Bhagavan has acquired the distribution rights of Yaaruda Mahesh. Yaaruda Mahesh is a romantic comedy film directed by R.Madhan Kumar starring Sundeep Kishan and Dimple in the lead. Music is scored by Gopi Sundar. The film is set to hit the screens on April 26. The audio and the trailer of the film will be launched on April 19 at Sathyam Cinemas.

Jiiva is Europe bound

Endrendrum Punnagai starring Jiiva, Trisha, Vinay, Santhanam and Andrea is directed Ahmed. The team has wrapped the major talkie portions. The team will be leaving to Switzerland on April 15 to shoot some important scenes and a song. The film shooting will happen in Schilthorn, Berne, Zurich and other parts of Europe. Music by Harris Jayaraj. The film will be released by Udhayanidhi Stalin's 'Red Giant Movies'. 

Pandiraj's Moodar Koodam audio launch

'Moodar Koodam' is an upcoming film directed by debutante Naveen, who was a former associate of director Pandiraj. The movie features newcomers in the lead roles alongside Oviya and Jayaprakash. The audio of the film will be released on April 29. Music by Natarajan Sankaran. Think Music has acquired the audio rights. The movie is jointly produced by Pandiraj's 'Pasanga Productions' and White Shadows Productions. 

Vikram Prabhu suffers shoulder injury

Vikram Prabhu who is currently shooting for 'Ivan Veramathiri' has suffered a serious shoulder injury. The actor has tweeted, "Recovering from a bad shoulder injury. Another 2 weeks of physio. Hoping to hit the gym after almost 3 weeks now."

Ivan Veramathiri is directed by Saravanan of 'Engeyum Eppothum' fame and produced by Lingusamy's 'Thirupathi Brothers'. About the film, the Kumki actor has tweeted, "Ivanveramathiri finished around 60-70%. Waiting to share with all the first look soon!"

Vishnu and Bindhu Madhavi pair up

Actor Vishnu who was appreciated for his performance in 'Neerparavai' has started shooting for his next film tentatively titled 'Arivudainambi Kaliya Perumal'. Bindhu Madhavi plays the female lead. Parotta Suri will provide the comic relief. The film is produced by Srinath Raju under the banner of SS Productions and is directed by Ethan fame Suresh. Music by Imman.

'The Great Gatsby' is directed by Baz Luhrmann starring Leonardo DiCaprio, Tobey Maguire and Carey Mulligan. Amitabh Bachchan makes a guest appearance in the film as Meyer Wolfsheim.
