Director Ratnakumar who made his directorial debut with Meyaadha Maan is all set to direct his next film titled 'Aadai'. Amala Paul plays the leading lady in this women-centic film which is touted to be a wacky comedy. Amala Paul plays a girl who has crossed her teenage and years and wants to be bold and different. The films revolves around exploring freedom within limits.
The film will feature newcomers other than Amala Paul. She will have no lead pair in the film. Music by Pradeep Kumar and ‘Oorka’ band. The film will be shot in Chennai.
Amala Paul who has been shooting for her upcoming thriller Adho Andha Paravai Pola, suffered a ligament tear recently. Adho Andha Paravai Pola is also a women centric thriller directed by debutant Vinoth KR. Her other projects include Raatchasan in Tamil, and Aadujeevitham in Malayalam.
