Udhayam NH4 gets ready for Censor

Udhayam NH4 gets ready for Censor

'Udhayam NH4' is an action thriller film directed by Manimaran starring Siddharth and Ashrita Shetty in the lead roles. The film is slated for a release this month. Udayanidhi Stalin has tweeted, "Release date of UDHAYAM Nh4 will be announced after the Censor. Censor most probably on Thursday." 

The movie is jointly produced by Dhayanidhi Alagiri and Vetrimaaran. Udhayanidhi Stalin's 'Red Giant Movies' will distribute the movie. Music by G.V. Prakash Kumar.

Sunaina in Seenu Ramasamy's next

Director Seenu Ramasamy of ‘Neerparavai’ fame has roped in Vemal and Vijay Sethupathi for the lead roles in his next film. Sunaina who was appreciated for her performance in ‘Neerparavai’ will play the lead opposite Vemal. The team is yet to finalise Vijay Sethupathi’s pair.

The film will be an action film which is based on a story by writer S Ramakrishnan. Music score by N R Raghunanthan. The film shooting is likely to begin in July.

Neram gets 'U' certificate

Neram is a Malayalam / Tamil bilingual film starring Nivin Pauly and Nazriya Nazim in the lead roles directed by debutant Alphonse Putharen. The film has been censored with an ‘U’ cerfiticate. Music by debutant Rajesh Murugesan. Udhayanidhi Stalin’s ‘Red Gaint Movies’ has acquired the Tamil Nadu theatrical rights of the film. The film release date is yet to be announced.

Prakash Raj's 'Gourvam' lands into trouble

Radha Mohan’s ‘Gouravam’ has landed into trouble with the Gounder community in Tamil Nadu. The movie is based on the caste systems and honour killings. An organization called ‘Kongu Vellala Goudnargal Peravai’ has now stated that the movie will disrupt the communal harmony between different groups. The community has urged the state government to ban the movie after watching the trailer.

Debutante Allu Sirish and Yami Gautam play the lead roles in the film. The movie is produced by Prakash Raj and it is slated for release on 19th April.

Vadivelu in 'Kasethan Kadavulada' remake?

The cult comedy film 'Kasethan Kadavulada' is going to be remade by P. T. Selvakumar of 'Onbathula Guru' fame. The director is trying to rope in Vadivelu, Vijay Sethupathi and Sivakarthikeyan for the lead roles. However, Sivakarthikeyan has denied being a part of the film. The cast and crew will be finalized soon. The movie will go on floors from next month.

STR's 'Vaalu' to release in August

Vaalu is a comedy entertainer directed by Vijay Chander starring STR, Hansika and Santhanam. The film is likely to hit the screens in August for Independence day. Five songs and the climax portions are left to be shot. The team is currently waiting for Santhanam, who is shooting in Australia for Thalaivaa, to wrap up the climax shoot. The next schedule of the film is likely to begin soon. Music by Thaman. A single 'Lovenraven Nee Yaaruda' was released in February.

Amala Paul's 'Iddarammayilatho' trailer

Iddarammayilatho is an upcoming Telugu film starring Allu Arjun, Amala Paul and Catherine Teresa in the lead roles. The film is directed by Puri Jagannath and music has been scored by Devi Sri Prasad. Checkout the trailer of the film!
