The makers of critically acclaimed film Peranbu have released the second teaser which showcases the bonding between a father and daughter. Mammootty plays the father of a disabled girl, while Sadhana of 'Thangameengal' fame plays his spastic daughter. 

Directed by Ram, the film has received accolades at the Shangai International Film Festival and the International Film Festival Rotterdam. The film introduces Anjali Ameer, a transgender actor from Kerala. The film also stars Anjali, Sadhana, Samuthirakani and Anjali Ameer among other lead roles. With music by Yuvan Shankar Raja, Peranbu is all set to release in Malayalam and Tamil this year.
