Almost a year ago, it was announced that actor Mohanlal would be featuring in a movie to be directed by actor Prithviraj. This said project finally went on floors on Wednesday with an official pooja ceremony and a first look poster was released on Thursday this week. Titled Lucifer, the first look poster of the film has Mohanlal in a get-up resembling to what he was seen sporting in Vijay's 2014 film, Jilla.
Lucifer is Prithiviraj's first film as a director and is written by Murali Gopi. The film is bankrolled by Antony Perambavoor and has Deepak Dev for music and Sujith Vaassudev for cinematography.
