Popular Malayalam actor Prithviraj Sukumaran is all set to make his directorial debut through the Malayalam movie titled as Lucifer. Mohanlal will play the lead role. Bollywood actor Vivek Oberoi has been roped in to play an important role in the film. The news has been confirmed by the film's producer Anthony Perumbavoor on his social media page.

Vivek Oberai is making his Mollywood debut with Lucifer. He is teaming up with Mohanlal for the second time after sixteen years. Vivek had earlier worked with him in Company directed by Ram Gopal Varma which hit the screens in 2002.

Lucifer will go on floors on July 16 and the first look poster of the film was unveiled recently. The film also stars Manju Warrier, Tovino Thomas and Saniya Iyappan. The film is bankrolled by Aashirvad Films.
