Yaan first look postponed
The first look of 'Yaan', starring Jiiva and Thulasi Nair will be revealed on April 1 instead of March 31 as announced earlier. Ace cinematographer Ravi K Chandran has turned director with this film. Music by Harris Jayaraj. Recently, a photo shoot involving the lead pair Jiiva and Thulasi took place at Mumbai. About 65% of the movie has been wrapped. The team is set to head to Morocco for the final schedule. The film is produced by Elred Kumar.

Vishal turns producer
Vishal is all set to don a new avatar as a producer. The Samar actor has launched his own production house 'Vishal Film Factory'. He will producing his next film to be directed by Suseenthiran under his home banner. The film set in the backdrop of Madurai is a revenge thriller. Music by Imman. The team is currently in the lookout for a suitable heroine. Vishal is currently shooting for 'Pattathu Yaanai' directed by Bhoopathy Pandian.
It's a wrap for Rendavathu Padam
Rendavathu Padam is directed by CS Amudhan starring Vimal, Aravind Akash, Richard, Vijayalakshmi and Ramya Nambeesan in lead roles. The film shooting was wrapped recently. CS Amudhan had tweeted, "A journey of much fun, frustration, ecstasy, patience and excitement comes to an end. Last day on the sets of Rendavathu Padam." The film touted to be a comedy thriller is slated for a summer release. Music by Kannan.
Amala Paul joins Thalaivaa team
Amala Paul who was shooting in Spain for her Telugu film 'Iddarammayilatho' has left to Australia to join Thalaivaa team for the final schedule of shoot. Santhanam who provides the comic relief in the film has also left to Australia with Amala Paul. The most awaited Thalaivaa teaser is expected to be released shortly. The film is directed by A.L. Vijay. Vijay plays the lead role. Music by G.V. Prakash Kumar.
