Director SA Chandrasekar is playing the titular role of 'Traffic Ramasamy' in the biopic of controversial social activist Traffic Ramasamy. The makers have now released the trailer of the film. The teaser of the film received overwhelming response from the audience for the realistic portrayal of the struggles faced by Traffic Ramaswamy in  his fight for justice. The biopic on Traffic Ramasamy looks to be an intense social drama that revolves around the life of the activist, who’s known for filing maximum number of court cases in Chennai. 

Prakash Raj, Rohini play pivotal roles. The film will have special appearances by Vijay Sethupathi, Vijay Antony, Manobala, Seeman, Kushboo and S. Ve. Shekher. Produced under the banner Green Signal, Traffic Ramasamy has music by Balamurali Balu while Kabilan Vairamuthu has penned the lyrics. Cinematography is by Kugan S. Palani and editing by Prabhakar. The film is set to hit the screens on June 22.
