The shooting of Ajith Vishnuvaradhan film tentatively titled Valai is set to begin in Mumbai next week. The team had completed a schedule in Dubai recently where important action sequences were canned. The team will begin the next schedule in Mumbai. Major portions of the film have been shot in Mumbai. Ajith, Arya, Nayanthara and Taapsee play the lead roles. Music by Yuvan.

Narain not doing Rajesh's AAAR

There were reports that Narain has been roped in to play an important role in Karthi's 'All In All Azhagu Raja' (AAAR), directed by Rajesh. However, Narain has clarified that he has not been approached for any role in the film and he is looking forward to work with Rajesh in the future. The movie went on floors recently and Kajal Aggarwal plays the leading lady. Music by Thaman.

Bharathiraja's film title changed

The title of Bharathiraj's upcoming film 'Annakodiyum Kodiveeranum' has been changed. Lakshman Narayan, Karthika Nair and Manoj Bharathiraja play the lead roles. Karthika Nair has tweeted, "Bharathiraja sir's movie Annakodiyum Kodiveeranum title has been changed to just Annakodi. Short and sweet" Music by G.V. Prakash. 

Anjali suffers electric shock

Actress Anjali suffered an electric shock when she stepped on a live wire during the shoot of her film Oor Suttri Puranam on Saturday. Anjali was rushed to a nearby hospital and given treatment. She is out of danger and safe. Anjali's upcoming films include Settai, Vattikuchi and Madha Gaja Raja. Vathikuchi is set to hit the screens on March 15.
