Thalaivaa next schedule in Australia

Thalaivaa next schedule in Australia

The Mumbai schedule of Thalaivaa was wrapped recently. The next schedule of the film will be shot in Australia. The team will be leaving for Sydney on March 20 for the final schedule. Vijay, Amala Paul and Santhanam play the lead roles. Film is directed by A. L. Vijay and music by G.V. Prakash. 

Vijay's next film 'Jilla' will be launched officially on March 11. Vijay, Kajal Agarwal and Mahat Ragavendra will be present at the occasion. The film shooting is likely to begin in mid-May.The film is directed by Nesan and music by Imman.

Settai wrapped

The shooting of Settai has been finally wrapped in Mumbai yesterday. The film is the Tamil remake of Delhi Belly starring Arya, Santhanam, Premgi, Hansika and Anjali in lead roles. Directed by Kannan, Settai is set to hit the screens on April 5. Thaman has scored the music and the film is produced by UTV. The film promotions have already kick-started. 

Dhanush on Mariyaan and Raanjhanaa

Dhanush has completed the shooting of Mariyaan and his Bollywood debut flick Raanjhnaa. He is currently shooting for Sargunam's comedy entertainer 'Nayyandi'. Dhanush has updated the status of his upcoming films in his microblog. He had tweeted, "Mariyaan will release before the first half of this year. Raanjhana releases on June 28th. Will talk to my director about releasing a teaser soon."

Mariyaan is directed by Bharath Bala and Parvathi Menon plays the female lead. Raanjhnaa is directed by Anand L. Rai and Sonam Kapoor plays the female lead. A.R. Rahman has scored the music for both the films. 

Vijay Sethupathy gets his heroine

Vijay Sethupathy's Pannaiyarum Padminiyum directed by S. U. Arun Kumar is progressing fast. Aishwarya of ‘Attakathi’ fame will play the female lead. Earlier there were reports that Nandita would play the lead but the actress had denied doing the film.

The story is an adaptation from the short film, which revolves around an old man and his love for his car Premier Padmini. Jayapraklash plays Pannaiyar and Vijay Sethupathy plays the role of driver. Music is by debutant Justin Prabhakaran.

After Earth is a sci-fi thriller film directed by M. Night Shyamalan starring real-life father and son Will Smith and Jaden Smith. After Earth will be out on June 7 2013. Checkout a new trailer from the film!
