Kishore joins Ajith-Vishnuvardhan film
After giving notable performances in 'Vana Yuddham' and 'Haridas', Kishore has joined the cast of Ajith-Vishnuvardhan film. He will be playing a member of the anti-terrorist squad in the film. This role is touted to give more scope for this talented actor. The movie is tentatively titled 'Valai'. Arya, Nayantara and Taapsee are also part of the cast.

Onbadhula Guru censored with 'A'
'Onbadhula Guru', directed by newcomer P. T. Selvakumar has received 'A' certificate from the censor board. The team is happy that the film has sold out in all areas and is releasing in around 200 screens all over Tamil Nadu. Vinay, Lakshmi Rai, Premgi Amaren, Sathyan and Aravind Akash play the lead roles. Music is by K and the film is set to hit the screens on March 8.

'Settai', starring Arya, Hansika, Santhanam. Anjali and Premji Amaren, has been locked. Directed by Kannan, the movie is the remake of Bollywood film 'Delhi Belly'.
Dhananjayan of UTV had tweeted yesterday "Settai final edit locked today. Watched the final output and totally enjoyed the performance of all lead artistes. Total duration 2.15 hours, first half 75 minutes & second half 60 minutes. A total entertainer is getting ready to make the audience happy!" Music is by Thaman. The movie is set to release on April 5.
Ragini is done with Thalaivaa
Actress Ragini Nandwani was the latest to join the cast of Vijay's Thalaivaa directed by A.L. Vijay. TV-turned-film actor Ragini made her Bollywood debut with 'Dehraadun Diary'. The pretty lass, we hear has finished shooting for her portions in Thalaivaa'. The Mumbai schedule is likely to be wrapped by March 7. Amala Paul plays the female lead. Music by G.V. Prakash Kumar. Film is produced by Chandraprakash Jain.
Vasantha Maligai ready for re-release
Vasantha Maaligai, the evergreen romantic hit of thespian Sivaji Ganesan is ready for a re-release on March 8. The film cast includes Sivaji Ganean, Vanisree, Balaji, Sukumari and Nagesh in lead roles. A digitally restored version of Karnan was released on 16 March 2012 and turned out to be a success. Vasantha Maligai has been digitally restored by BV Murali and C Srinivasulu of Sai Ganesh Films. The film is set to release in around 100 screens all over Tamil Nadu.
