Rendavathu padam single on Feb 25

Rendavathu padam single on Feb 25

'Rendavathum Padam' is a comedy caper directed by C.S. Amudhan of 'Tamil Padam' fame. A single song 'Adutha Paruppu' from the film will be released online on February 25. C.S. Amudhan has tweeted, "Adutha Paruppu will premiere' as a single on Monday morning on Sony Music's Youtube channel." The audio will be launched on the 8th March along with the theatrical trailer. Vimal, Aravind Akash, Richard, Vijayalakshmi and Ramya Nambeesan play the lead roles. Music has been scored by Kannan.

Studio Green snaps Vijay Sethupathi's 'Soodhu Kavvuum'

Studio Green is said to have acquired the distribution rights of 'Soodhu Kavvum'. Vijay Sethupathi and Sanchitha Shetty of 'Thillalangadi' fame play the lead roles in the film directed by Nalan Kumarasamy of 'Nalaya Iyakkunar' fame. The film is produced by C.V.Kumar under his banner Thiru Kumaran Entertainment. Soodhu Kavvum is expected to hit the screens by the end of April. Music by Santhosh Narayanan of 'Pizza' fame.

Chaya Singh joins Idhu Kathirvelan Kadhal

The latest news about S. R. Prabhakaran's 'Idhu Kathirvelan Kadhal' is that Chaya Singh of 'Thiruda Thirudi' fame has joined the crew. She plays Udhayanidhi Stalin's sister in the film. Nayantara is paired opposite Udhay in the film. The movie went on floors yesterday and director Sasikumar took the first shot of the film.

About the shoot, Udayanidhi has tweeted, "First day shoot went well as planned! It was initially tough for me but director Prabhakaran sir knows how to get the work done!" Udhay and Nayantara are part of the first schedule, which would last in Chennai for 15 days.

Zee TV bags Vasanth's MPMK

Moondru Per Moondru Kadal (MKPK) is in upcoming romantic film directed by Vasanth featuring Arjun, Cheran, Vimal, Muktha Bhanu, Surveen Chawla and Lasini in the lead roles. The satellite rights of the film has been acquired by Zee TV. The film is set to hit the screens in March. MPMK revolves around the love life of three couples. Music by Yuvanshankar Raja. 

Thank God It's Friday song from Himmatwala

'Himmatwala' is an upcoming Bollywood film directed by Sajid Khan. It is the remake of the 1983 film of the same name. Ajay Devgan and Tamannah play the lead roles. Watch the special promo song from the film featuring Sonakshi Sinha.
