Aadhi Bhagavan for Valentine's day
Ameer's long in the making film 'Aadhi Bhagavan' is set to hit the screens on February 14 for Valentine's day. Jayam Ravi and Neetu Chandra play the lead roles in this action entertainer. Yuvan has scored the music. Neetu Chandra has confirmed the release date in her microblog. She had tweeted, "Aadhi Bhagwan is finally releasing on 14th Feb. Confirm Confirm Confirm Excited but Nervous. My valentines gift to ALL of YOU" The film is produced by J. Anbazhagan.

Veteran singer rejects Padma Bhushan award
Veteran singer S. Janaki rejected the Padma Bhushan award given by the government saying it has come too late in her 55-year-long career. "I refuse the Padma award. I have been singing for the last 55 years. I consider the recognition of my fans in various languages as the highest award,"she told reporters in Palakkad. Her son Murali Krishna, talking to PTI over phone, said the honour to his mother came too late. "It has come too late. She should have got it long long time ago. She has refused to accept the award with due respect," he said.
Amaidhi Padai 2 audio launch in February
Amaidhi Padai 2 titled 'Nagaraja Cholan MA MLA' directed by Manivannan starring Sathyaraj, Seeman, Raghuvannan, Mrudala and Komal Sharma in lead roles has been wrapped. The film which marks the 50th film of director Mannivannan is the sequel to Amaidhi Padai released in 1994. The audio of the film is likely to be released by the end of February in a grand audio launch event. Music score by James Vasanthan.
NKPK director gets ready for his next
Naduvula Konjam Pakkatha Kaanom directed by Balaji Tharaneetharan was a hit at the Box Office. The director is all set to begin work on his next film. The latest we hear is director Balaji has signed his next film which will be produced by Vasan Visual Ventures, the makers of 'Boss Engira Bhaskaran'. Balaji is currently working on the script of the film and has chosen not to reveal the genre or storyline of the film.
Simbu does it for Yuvan
Simbu has crooned a song for Pandiraj's 'Kedi Billa Killadi Ranga' starring Siva Karthikeyan, Vimal, Bindu Madhavi and Regina Cassandra. Yuvan has scored the music. Simbu has sung the opening song of the film with Yuvan. The audio of the film is to be launched on February 6. The comedy entertainer is produced by Pandiraj and P Madhan. Studio Green has bagged the distribution rights of the film.
Ramaiya Vastavaiya Teaser
'Ramaiya Vastavaiya' is an upcoming Bollywood film, directed by Prabhu Deva. It is the remake of Telugu blockbuster 'Nuvvostanante Nenoddantana', which was also remade in Tamil as 'Unakkum Enakkum'. Girish Kumar and Shruti Haasan play the lead roles in the film. Check out the teaser of the film.
