"You don't have to do much to make Mahesh Babu look good onscreen" - Santosh Sivan

Santosh Sivan is among the few Indian cinematographers who straddle art house cinema and commercial blockbusters with ease. His next release would be Spyder while he has also signed up for Mani Ratnam's next mega multistarrer with a plethora of established names.

In a recent interview to a noted media house, he made some interesting observations on the Spyder-man Mahesh Babu,

"I like his subtle, clean acting. You don't have to do much to make him look good onscreen. He was fluent in both Telugu and Tamil and did justice to both versions. He is also a really fun person and keeps people around him happy. Spyder has a lot of style and I hope it appeals to the masses."
