Samar to release on January 13

Samar starring Vishal, Trisha and Sunaina is set to hit the screens on January 13 for Pongal. The film is directed by Thiru and Yuvan has scored the music. There was a tough competition between Vishal's 'Samar' and 'Madha Gaja Raja' to join the Pongal race. Samar has confirmed Pongal release. 

The other films which are hitting the screens for Pongal include Vishwaroopam (Jan 11), Alex Pandian (Jan 12) and Kanna Laddu Thinna Aasaiya.
