My Big Father to be remade in Tamil:

Mollywood’s 2009 runaway hit “ My Big Father” will soon see its Tamil version. Confirming the news, director Mahesh P Srinivasan mentioned he was eager to do a straight film earlier, however owing to various reasons he will be helming this script with little alterations for Tamil audience.
 

The script’s variety required a dwarf for the role of father, after hunting for a while the makers are looking to rope in Pakru who essayed in the original version. For Jayaram’s role, the hunt is still on and some lead actors are being considered. An official statement from the producers and directors is soon expected.
