Movies This Week: It's Sachin all the way

The most anticipated biographical film on India's biggest sports icon Sachin Tendulkar, Sachin: A Billion Dreams is being celebrated by not only cricket enthusiasts, but also the general audience as Sachin has been a inspiration for people belonging to all walks of life for more than 2 decades. The movie is being hailed as a perfect tribute to the legend, while his fans find it as a nostalgic trip down memory lane.

Among Tamil films, Radha Mohan's Brindhavanam has received positive reviews for being a clean family entertainer. Samuthirakani's Thondan turned out to be too preachy in spite of having some good social messages.

Naga Chaitanya's Rarandoi Veduka Chudham does not offer anything new to the audience and leaves them with a strong feeling of deja vu.
